Before submission: Authors should ensure that the manuscript is original, ethically prepared, properly referenced, and not simultaneously under consideration by another journal.

2. Manuscript Preparation

A manuscript should normally contain the following elements where applicable:

  1. Title – concise, informative, and representative of the research.
  2. Author Information – full names, affiliations, and corresponding-author details.
  3. Abstract – a clear summary of the purpose, methodology, principal findings, and conclusion.
  4. Keywords – relevant terms that assist indexing and discovery.
  5. Main Text – organized using appropriate scholarly sections.
  6. References – complete and consistently formatted.
  7. Tables and Figures – clearly numbered and cited in the text.
  8. Acknowledgements – where applicable.
  9. Funding Statement – where applicable.
  10. Conflict of Interest Statement – where applicable.

3. Originality and Exclusive Submission

Submitted manuscripts must be original and should not be simultaneously submitted to another journal. Authors must disclose any substantially related publication, preprint, conference paper, thesis, or other prior dissemination where relevant.

4. Language and Presentation

Manuscripts should be written in clear and coherent academic English. Authors are responsible for appropriate grammar, spelling, terminology, readability, and consistency.

All sources used in the manuscript must be appropriately cited. Every reference cited in the text should appear in the reference list, and references should be sufficiently complete to enable readers to identify the original source.

Authors must follow applicable ethical requirements relevant to their research, including requirements relating to human participants, communities, confidentiality, consent, sensitive information, data use, and institutional approvals where applicable.

Only individuals who made a meaningful scholarly contribution should be listed as authors. All authors should approve the final manuscript and accept responsibility for their contribution.

Authors should disclose financial support, institutional support, sponsorship, and any relationship that could reasonably be perceived as influencing the work.

10. Artificial Intelligence Use

Authors remain responsible for the manuscript even when artificial intelligence or automated tools are used during drafting, language editing, translation, analysis, coding, or other research activities.

AI tools should not be listed as authors. Any substantial use that could affect interpretation, originality, authorship, or research integrity should be disclosed where required.

11. Plagiarism and Similarity

Manuscripts may undergo plagiarism or similarity screening. Authors should review and properly cite reused or quoted material before submission.
