The International Journal of Fundamental Research (IJFR) is committed to maintaining high standards of academic integrity, transparency, fairness, and responsible scholarly publishing. Authors, reviewers, editors, and the journal's publishing team are expected to act ethically throughout the submission, peer-review, publication, and post-publication processes.
IJSSI does not tolerate plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, duplicate publication, fraudulent authorship, manipulation of peer review, citation manipulation, undisclosed conflicts of interest, or other forms of academic misconduct.
Authorship should reflect substantial intellectual or scholarly contribution to the work. Individuals who contributed to the research but do not meet the journal's authorship requirements should be appropriately acknowledged where applicable.
Changes to the author list after submission or publication should be supported by an appropriate explanation and, where required, confirmation from all affected authors.
Submitted manuscripts may be checked for textual similarity and other indicators of plagiarism or duplicate publication. Where concerns arise, the journal may request clarification, conduct an investigation, reject the manuscript, or take post-publication corrective action where appropriate.
Authors should maintain sufficient records to support the integrity and reproducibility of their research. Where appropriate and legally permissible, supporting data may be requested during editorial assessment or an integrity investigation.
Authors, reviewers, and editors should disclose financial, professional, institutional, personal, or other relationships that could reasonably be perceived as influencing scholarly judgment.
Authors may use appropriate artificial intelligence tools where such use is consistent with research integrity, confidentiality, copyright, and applicable journal policy. AI tools must not be presented as authors.
Authors remain responsible for the accuracy, originality, attribution, interpretation, and integrity of the final manuscript and must disclose material AI assistance where required by journal policy.
IJSSI may publish corrections, clarifications, expressions of concern, or retractions when significant errors, misconduct, or other serious concerns affect the scholarly record.
Authors may raise reasonable concerns about editorial procedures or publication decisions through the journal's official contact channel. Complaints should be supported by clear information and relevant evidence.
Where appropriate, IJSSI may request information from authors, reviewers, editors, institutions, or other relevant parties when investigating suspected misconduct. Investigations will be handled as fairly and confidentially as reasonably possible.
IJSSI is committed to protecting the integrity of the academic record and to promoting transparent, responsible, and respectful scholarly communication.
